Q. What are the hours of the payment center?
A. Monday – Saturday (9am to 7pm)
Q. What are my payment options?
A. We have several payment options. The preferred method of payment is recurring automatic payments that can be deducted from your bank account or credit card. You can also make your payments in person in our Payment Center.
Q. How can I make a payment after hours?
A. We have a lock box just inside our main gate for your convenience.
Q. When will my plates be in?
A. Plates should be in on or before the expiration date of your temporary plates. Someone will give you a call when your plates are in and will be available for pickup. We recommend picking up the plates so there is no chance of them getting lost in the mail.
Q. Is my account being reported to the credit bureau?
A. Yes, we report to Trans Union and Equifax credit bureaus every month.
Q. What should I do if I have an accident?
A. You should call Durrett Motor Company immediately with the details of the accident and the location of the vehicle. If you need to have the vehicle towed, we recommend that you call Mar Towing at (713) 366-6311 and have your vehicle towed to Automotive Care at 2311 Shaver St., Pasadena, TX 77502. Automotive Care’s phone number is 713-944-4088. We are simply recommending these two companies because we have done business with them for many years and we don’t want you to get caught up in any tow truck/storage lot scams.
Q. Can I pay off my car loan early?
A. Yes, there is no penalty for paying off early.
